IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• DO NOT CREATE MORE THAN ONE ACCOUNT.

• Keep a record of the email address, username, and password that you provide as these will be used to verify your account. You will utilize this information for the entire time you live with USH.

• Do not use your high school, parent/guardian, or family email address. The email address you use to register must be your WCU email address and will be the primary way USH communicates with you during the time that you live with us.

• The resident portal is accessible via mobile devices, but works best when completed from a computer.

• The USH Resident Portal is only available for students. Parents/Guarantors can not create an account.

This information is being collected in compliance with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and is not utilized to make a decision regarding your application to live in a University Student Housing community.
